Loach Studio LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, dispute, misconduct, property damage, or other incident arising from interactions between users.

6. Event Listings and Hosting

Users may create listings for local gaming sessions or events.

By creating a listing, you represent that:

  • You have the right to host or organize the event.
  • The event complies with applicable laws and venue rules.
  • All information provided is accurate.

Loach Studio LLC is not a party to any agreements between users and does not mediate disputes between participants.

7. Memberships and Payments (If Applicable)

If Guildhall offers paid memberships, event fees, or premium features:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

By initiating a paid subscription or transaction, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.

You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings. Unless required by law:

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Membership benefits remain active through the end of the billing cycle.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or membership tiers with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on Guildhall, including but not limited to:

  • Graphics

  • Layout
  • Written materials

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profiles, event listings, comments).

By submitting content to Guildhall, you grant Loach Studio LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for purposes related to the operation and promotion of Guildhall.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

9. AI-Generated or AI-Enhanced Features

Guildhall may use artificial intelligence tools to:

  • Improve matching suggestions
  • Enhance content moderation
  • Generate summaries or recommendations
  • Improve platform features

All AI-assisted systems are designed to support, not replace, human judgment.

Any AI-generated or AI-enhanced content published by Guildhall is considered original content owned by Loach Studio LLC to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Damages resulting from in-person meetings or events arranged through Guildhall

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Guildhall is to discontinue use of the Site.

Continued use of Guildhall after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
